There are no barriers in fantasy tennis - become a master!
In fantasy tennis, scoring depends on various factors that influence a player’s success in real matches. Here is a suggested point system that takes into account various aspects of the game:
- Win and Loss
- Match Win: +50 points
- Match Loss: 0 points
- Game Statistics
- Set Win (player wins a set): +10 points for each set won
- Tiebreak Win (player wins a tiebreak): +5 points
- Set Loss: -5 points for each set lost
- Tiebreak Loss: -3 points for a tiebreak loss
- Game Achievements
Aces: +2 points for each ace
- Double Fault: -1 point for each double fault
- Break Point: +3 points for each break point successfully converted
- Break Point Failures: -2 points for each failed break point break point
- Converted break: +5 points for each successful break
- Additional achievements
- Number of games in the match (each game won by the player): +1 point
- Loss of a game: -1 point for each lost game
- Long rally (a rally lasting more than 10 strokes): +3 points for each long rally
- Special achievements
- Grass, hard or clay court mastery: +10 points for a win on a specific surface (e.g. a win on grass is worth an extra 10 points)
- Tournament victory (winning the tournament): +100 points
- Tournament final: +50 points
- Tournament semi-final: +30 points
- Tournament quarter-final: +15 points
- Penalties
- Penalty for violations (e.g. time violations): -5 points for each violation
- Penalty for being accused of false shots (technical errors): -3 points
- Bonuses
- Player of the Match: +20 points (awarded to the player who is considered the best in the tournament according to experts)
- MVP of the tournament: +50 points
